Kids create their own dog with fantasy appearance.
First we talk about diversity of dogs and look for pictures of different breeds. Every kid has a chance to hold the heavest Dog encyclopedia in the world. Kids discover, that dogs could have different features, like big or small ears, diffrerent color of coat and eyes, tall or small legs and etc. Each kid cuts parts of body of the dog from the paper and glue it to given preparation with head of the dog. When the dog has all body parts, the kid begin to color it in the most interesting way. When artwork is finished, the kid gives a unique name for his new dog breed, for example "Dog of the Blue Moon" or "Pizza dog"
Teenagers learn how to draw and paint pet in realistic way.
We find out what are the main differents between the breeds. We talk about how to begin draw portrait of the pet, what is the shape of the eyes. We do disccuss how we could not lost proportions of the head. Also we will talk about how to paint long versus short coat, which background is the best for particulary pet and more. Each pupil draws and paint the pet from the printed photo.
Pupils take an experiement and create new breed according to certain features.
First kids take an scientistic reasearch about diversity of dogs and look for pictures of different breeds. Every kid has a chance to hold the heavest Dog encyclopedia in the world. Kids discover, that dogs could have different features, like big or small ears, diffrerent color of coat and eyes, tall or short legs and etc. Then each of pupil pulls out different small papers with features of the dog written. When each pupil has his unique combination, he starts to draw with pencil and later colors the drawing with acrylics. The scientist invents the name of the new breed and write it down beside the painting. The last operation is to put the collar and the leah to brand new dog!
